In the case of an emergency call the clinic number. Follow the prompts and you will be directed to speak to an on-call doctor. (Note that you will be asked to pay for the telemedicine consultation via credit card prior to the start of appointment.) The doctor will provide consultation to determine if your pet will need to be seen right away or if they can offer suggestions to help until the next business day. If this is a true emergency and your pet will need to be seen right away, your telemedicine fee will be applied towards your pet’s emergency visit.
